I cannot say enough great things about Full Scope or Donald Floria. We are an apartment community, so it is very important to have a good exterminator. I have residents that actually call and compliment Donald on his experience and how well he checks for signs of a possible issues. Donald, we think your great! I can not say enough good things about this company. I seldom leave reviews, but felt I needed to for them. Our house is older and we had an issue with rodents invading us. From their estimator Chase, to the technician Griffen, to the customer service person I dealt with, Camille, everyone was friendly, did their best to answer any and every question (and some I hadn't even thought of asking), to taking the time to be thorough and do their job correctly. I knew right away they were the company for us when Chase spent a good seven minutes inspecting our attic. I'd had other companies give me an estimate and the most anyone else spent was a minute or two.
